Chinaschi immerses in the madness and adventure of craft beer production. In the Sicilian dialect, "Chinaschi" means "with the nose". The brewery uses ancient native grains from their area as they incorporate the Sicilian fragrances of wheat, citrus fruits, bread, floral scents– all distinctive features of the Sicilian tradition. One of the goals of the Chinaschi brewery is to spread the culture of craft beer while giving a strong Sicilian imprint to all its products.
